Actualogic runs the floor where deliveries become product. Stock is received by batch, consumed by recipe, traced from dock to shelf. Cost control happens in production, not at month end.
Jobs go to staff with the stock to do them, accepted on a personal phone or a shared department wall-mounted display. From that moment the job is theirs. Time and accuracy are recorded, and a performance record builds with every shift.

Every batch is held to three decimal places, in grams, millilitres or units, oldest first. A correction is a new entry. Nothing is ever rewritten.
A job takes
its ingredients.
Reserved the moment the job is created, oldest first. If the store is short, the job says so — before anyone starts.
Flour goes up.
The loaf already knows.
A recipe is costed off the stock a job would actually pull. When a delivery lands at a new price, the cost moves the moment that batch is the one that gets used — not at month end.
Work goes to a person.
The file keeps the record.
Create a job template once and connect it to its recipe. Every instance of that job gets its own unique batch code. Stock drawn, staff assigned, time taken: fully tracked, fully stored.
